Eric Sepesy-President & Founder
Eric opened Quality Living Home Care in 2013 with the mission of helping people in his community stay out of a facility and remain at home for as long as possible. After graduating college in 2011, he worked in a skilled nursing facility in Latrobe, PA, where he quickly learned that most residents wanted to age in their own homes. He later became a Territory Manager for a home care agency and gained valuable experience in the industry. When he was let go due to the company splitting in two, he decided to continue his mission by starting his own agency. Since then, Quality Living Home Care has provided over 1,000,000 hours of care across 13 counties in Southwestern PA. In 2019, Eric also founded Veterans First, which helps Veterans and surviving spouses obtain VA benefits to help pay for in-home care, serving families in over 15 states.
