  • Pay Rate, Raises & Promotions:

    • Start Rate $14.00-$20.00/hour

      • We will match or beat your current pay rate

    • Additional Pay for fill in shifts

    • Bonuses: We offer multiple bonuses throughout the year. New employees can earn up to $600 in their first year. In 2025 alone, we’ve paid out over $17,000 in bonuses to our home health aides for reliability and exceptional care.

Areas We Are Hiring In

We are currently hiring for the following areas for Home Health Aides & CNAs: Westmoreland County, Fayette County,  Allegheny County, Indiana County, Butler County, Armstrong County, Washington County, Cambria County, Venanago County, Beaver County and Somerset County. Please call us for more information regarding specific areas of employment. We do all interviews and initial onboarding via zoom so you will not need to come into our office locations. We also do all training either virtually or in the clients home; you wont need to come into our office unless you want to. We have 2 office locations: One in Pittsburgh and one is Greensburg.
